Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY seeks an Industrial Engineering Technician II to support the IE department in planning, designing, implementing and managing production systems and data in IE-related systems. The role emphasizes cost control and reliability within the site.

Responsibilities include updating layouts, BOM/config data, SAP entries, MES data, and Lean support to maintain data integrity and standardization across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (work measurement, process mapping, facilities, workstation design).
• Proficiency in PC-based tools: MS Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in time studies and time estimates.
• Update site and project layouts as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
• Update Key Process maps and product-process-time database entries.
• Enter configuration data into SAP and ME systems.
• Ensure standardization of Jabil processes across the site.
