Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean principles or process improvement concepts is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist data collection and analysis for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
• Participate in LSS events and help document process changes
• Support the development of visual management tools and standard work documentation
• Contribute to automation research and pilot projects on the manufacturing floor
• Create and refine work instructions for production processes
• Provide production support and assist/lead continuous improvement opportunities
