• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Participate in LSS events and document process changes.
• Support development of visual management tools and standard work documentation.
• Contribute to automation and smart manufacturing technologies research.
• Create and refine work instructions for Navico Connect production.
• Provide production support daily.
