Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior year enrolled for Fall 2027; graduate programs also considered.
• Degree from an accredited university, college, or school.
• Field of study in industrial, systems, manufacturing engineering or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proven organizational skills with timely delivery of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate in cross-functional team settings to drive improvements.
• Develop and implement systems for direct material flow and line-side supply.
• Analyze value stream and optimize layouts, capacity, and bottleneck resolution.
• Conduct daily gemba walks to gather facts and understand processes.
• Drive accountability and maintain a regular, predictable work schedule.
• Interact effectively across departments and with senior leaders.
