Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Warehouse Process Analyst to optimize fulfillment operations in Bellevue through data-driven analysis and targeted improvements. The role focuses on mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes to boost efficiency and safety.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver cost reductions, space optimization, and productivity gains in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operational Research, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in robotic analysis, operational research, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and product development concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop data-driven solutions to improve process flow, labor utilization, and performance.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to support decisions.
• Collaborate with operations to implement and test changes with minimal disruption.
• Drive projects on cost reduction, space optimization, and productivity in warehouse.
• Use engineering principles to design systems that improve safety and ergonomics.
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis for product improvements.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels.
• Participate in cross-functional CI initiatives to support SHEIN's growth.
