Job summary

TA Dispatch is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support warehouse operations by analyzing data, improving processes, and developing labor standards. You will balance analytical work with hands-on floor engagement to observe operations and implement sustainable improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or related operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency; support Lean initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Conduct time studies and work sampling to establish labor standards and staffing models.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data; develop dashboards and KPIs to support forecasting and capacity planning.
