Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Data Analysis Manager to support US Fulfillment and Operations with advanced analytics, scalable reporting, and data-driven decision support. You will improve warehouse performance, labor planning, cost efficiency, and operational execution by building end-to-end data solutions and forecasting models.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with deep knowledge of fulfillment and warehousing.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles within ecommerce, fulfillment, or supply chain.
  • Proven experience building full-stack data solutions including data pipelines, automated reporting tools, dashboards, and models.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment center operations, warehouse processes, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics and BI support for US Fulfillment and Operations leadership.
  • Build and maintain forecasting, labor planning, and capacity planning models.
  • Develop end-to-end data pipelines and dashboards for warehousing scenarios.
  • Lead metrics and KPI reporting for cost, CPU, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor data quality and support root-cause analysis for operational issues.

Position Summary

The Data Analysis Manager will serve as a key individual contributor supporting US Fulfillment and Operations through advanced analytics, scalable reporting, and data-driven decision support. This role will focus on improving warehouse performance, labor planning, cost efficiency, and operational execution by building end-to-end data solutions, developing forecasting and planning models, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical capabilities with a deep understanding of fulfillment, warehousing, and supply chain operations. They will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, uncover performance drivers, and recommend practical solutions. This role requires someone who can independently manage complex analytics initiatives, translate data into clear business recommendations, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We’re seeking a full-time Data Analysis Manager for our warehouse-based office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and business intelligence support for US Fulfillment and Operations leadership, with a focus on warehouse performance, labor efficiency, cost optimization, and supply chain execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in full stack data solution development within warehousing environments
  • Translate complex fulfillment and warehouse business questions into structured analyses, actionable insights, and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain forecasting models, labor planning models, capacity planning tools, and other analytical solutions to support dynamic operational planning.
  • Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines, developing tools and dashboards tailored for warehousing scenarios.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, dashboards, and reports highlighting cost, CPU (Cost Per Unit), and efficiency KPIs for weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Analyze operational data to identify cost drivers, savings opportunities, and recommend optimizations.
  • Partner with Fulfillment, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, and Engineering teams to diagnose business challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor warehousing performance data, track trends, and provide timely insights for management decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection, validation, and analysis.
  • Support root-cause analysis for operational issues and measure the impact of process changes, cost-saving initiatives, and productivity improvement programs.
  • Manage multiple analytics initiatives, prioritize competing deliverables, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and concise business recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles, preferably within top e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain organizations.
  • Proven experience building full-stack data solutions, including data pipelines, automated reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical models for fulfillment centers.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment center operations, warehouse processes, labor planning, capacity planning, productivity tracking, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for cost, CPU, productivity, SLA, and operational efficiency KPIs.
  • Experience developing or supporting forecasting models, labor planning models, capacity models, or other operational planning tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Fulfillment Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, Logistics, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to explore and leverage emerging AI tools to improve analytics efficiency, automate repetitive workflows, and enhance insight generation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
