Expect to engage in term-based projects, gain exposure to material handling, line design, and cross-functional teamwork within a global engineering environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a BS in Industrial/Systems Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD tools.

Aufgaben

• Update plant layouts of machines and equipment using CAD (MicroStation).
• Write, design, and coordinate work requests to install/relocate equipment.
• Perform time and delay studies of machine cycles and operator stations.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing improvement projects and standard work.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kanban, and Quick Changeover.
• Assist ergonomic evaluations and improvements.
• Design, implement, and improve material handling systems.
• Participate in Lean Line Design/Continuous Flow Workshops.
• Responsible for a large project from inception to completion.
