Job summary

Exol is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the Exol network. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, Quality, and other teams to create and maintain process documentation and advance productivity and standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, time studies, labor analysis, and process observations.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to document and improve operational processes.

The Industrial Engineer (Nationwide) supports the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the Exol network. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, IT, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams to create and maintain process documentation while supporting industrial engineering initiatives focused on productivity, standardization, and operational efficiency. What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Power BI, and/or WMS systems is a plus.

Our Environment

• Travel could be up to 50% of the time.
• Employee must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to locations and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi‑weekly basis.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, and work comfortably in warehouse environments including varying temperatures and noise levels.
