Responsibilities include conducting time studies and line balancing, developing value stream maps, and identifying productivity improvements. Qualifications

• Perform Time Study and Line Balancing with elemental breakdowns and VA/NVA/RNVA analysis.
• Develop Current State and Future State Value Stream Maps.
• Identify process and productivity improvement opportunities with structured improvement reports.

Responsibilities

• Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles.
• Perform Time Study and Line Balancing, including Video Time study and VA/NVA/RNVA analysis.
• Develop Value Stream Mapping to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities with a detailed roadmap.
• Develop and re-write Standard work instructions and Video work instructions.
• Analyze Root Causes for quality failures and support corrective action.
• Support fixture design as per requirements.

Job description

• Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles
• Perform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study– All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri Analysis
• Develop Value Stream Mapping - Current State VSM - Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM, Current state vs Future state
• Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap
• Develop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructions
• Analysis of Root Cause for the quality failures, defects, downtimes etc., and support in corrective action & Kaizen / improvement identification with detailed implementation plan
• Support in Fixture design as per requirements.
