Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer focused on Supply Chain Optimization in Upington. You will analyze and design logistical processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness across the supply chain.

Work with logistics, warehousing and production teams to identify bottlenecks, implement data-driven solutions, and drive operational excellence in a key location for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a specialization in supply chain and logistics.
• Proven experience in optimizing warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in supply chain analysis tools and methodologies, including simulation software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement optimized logistical processes, network designs, and inventory strategies.
