The role focuses on financial opportunity analysis, CapEx feasibility, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Finance, Brand Marketing, and Plants to enable portfolio growth and reliable product supply. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical discipline is required and/or 5+ years in supply chain/operations.
• Experience developing business cases and CapEx justifications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary Supply Lead for initiatives, designing network solutions.
• Champion supply representation in stage-gate processes for launches.
• Lead capital investment projects through CPP feasibility and scoping.
• Collaborate on long-term site Master Planning and capacity modeling.
• Model financial impacts with Finance and Commercial to improve margins.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive capacity optimization and debottlenecking.
• Maintain a centralized manufacturing capability registry for scale-up.
