Mars Incorporated is seeking a Principal Industrial Engineer to lead regional IE activities, performance metrics, and FI Pillar initiatives. You will guide site performance and glide paths, support IE processes, and drive efficiency across the network.

The role requires strong analytical and project-management skills, experience in supply chain and manufacturing technologies, and a track record of delivering improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

BS in Industrial Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of related experience in IE or operations roles.
Experience with supply chain, project management and cross-functional work.
Strong analytical and change-management capabilities.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and site performance.

Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert in supply measures and regional analytics.
Develop reports on data trends to drive business decisions.
Lead strategy for regional metrics, data collection, and tech for metrics.
Lead regional pillars and FPillar-related improvement initiatives.
Support critical MSNA Supply initiatives and automation projects.
