Qualifications

• Familiar with photovoltaic manufacturing processes and layout planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all departments to achieve KPI targets for the factory.
• Analyze costs, capacity, and energy efficiency.
• Use AutoCAD to design workshop layouts and optimize workflows.
• Calculate cycle times and standard production capacities.
• Conduct on-site improvements and train operators/line leaders on IE.
