Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks an Industrial Engineer to coordinate factory KPIs across departments, focusing on cost, capacity, and energy efficiency.

You will use AutoCAD for workshop layouts, calculate cycle times, conduct cost analysis, drive on-site improvements, and train operators and line leaders in IE practices.

Qualifications

• Major in industrial engineering.
• 2+ years working experience with manufacturing IE.
• Experience with layout planning to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Familiar with manufacturing techniques in photovoltaic, electronics or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability and ability to work under pressure.
