Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s with 1+ years of technical/engineering or data analysis experience
Experience with MES, MRP/SAP/Oracle or related systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and Excel
Experience with data mining, analysis, or data visualization
Ability to obtain/maintain DOD security clearance and SP access

Responsibilities

Analyzes lead times, queue times, work-in-process, cycle times, and throughput to meet customer demand.
Builds scalable models to optimize product flow with cost, schedule, and resource constraints.
Develops optimized scheduling tools and aligns SAP/MRP with executable plans.
Accounts for interactions among cost centers, programs, equipment, and tools.
Communicates planning requirements with IT, ERP, analytics teams.
Designs UI with developers to schedule jobs across cost centers.
Guides digital transformation aligned with sector and enterprise strategies.
Leads positive change using iterative and agile methods.
Creates metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.
