Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields or related Engineering discipline by start date.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and process improvement.
• Proficiency in driving process enhancements and operational efficiency.
• Experience may be gained through on-the-job, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical solutions, tools, and layouts to improve efficiency, safety, and operations.
• Collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability and refine product designs.
• Lead cross-functional cost control, inventory management, and Lean initiatives.
• Solve complex problems and innovate assembly processes using data analysis and new methods.
• Manage medium-complexity projects, estimate timelines and costs, and validate cost requirements.
