Job summary

RTX, in collaboration with Collins Aerospace, is seeking an Industrial Engineer for an onsite role in Wilsonville, Oregon. The engineer will focus on cost control, productivity improvements, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems as part of an integrated product team supporting both commercial and military vision systems and sensors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and experience with tools like VBA, Minitab, SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and 3D printing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, or related STEM major by start date.

Responsibilities

• Establish layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
• Plan sequence of operations and document standard work and routings.
• Plan allocation of resources, materials and personnel to maximize equipment utilization.
