• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work on-site in Welkom.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and layouts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement productivity strategies to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Use data analysis, simulation, and modeling to support redesign and optimization.
• Apply Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, VSM) to eliminate waste.
• Conduct time studies to establish performance standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for seamless integration.
