Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and 5S implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement using time studies and process mapping.
• Design and implement improved production layouts, workflows, and equipment utilization strategies to maximize throughput.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent operational quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to train staff on new processes and ensure successful implementation of improvements.
• Collect and analyze production data to track KPIs and report on progress towards efficiency goals.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions related to production processes.
