Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
Experience with lean principles and process improvement.
Ability to perform time study and line balancing.
Experience in value stream mapping and bottleneck analysis.

Responsibilities

Study assembly lines and processes to identify Lean-based improvements.
Conduct time studies and line balancing; analyze VA/NVA/RNVA for all processes.
Develop current and future state value stream maps; identify bottlenecks and wastes.
Identify productivity opportunities and develop improvement roadmaps with Level 1–3 actions.
Develop or update standard work and video work instructions.
Analyze root causes of quality failures and support corrective actions and Kaizen with implementation plans.
Assist in fixture design as required.
