Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard industrial engineering techniques.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains work standards for direct labor and machine cycle times.
• Performs time studies, line balancing and capacity analysis to optimize flow.
• Supports continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives using lean methods.
• Performs work sampling studies for indirect labor and analyzes results.
• Complies with IATF and ISO procedures in design, testing and analysis.
