A positive and collaborative office environment where open communication is encouraged, fostering a supportive team atmosphere with opportunities for professional development and a focus on work‑life balance, including flexible scheduling options when applicable. General physical conditions include working in a temperature‑controlled office environment with good air quality, adequate lighting, and low level of noise. If needed to visit manufacturing facility and/or customer sites, there may be some exposure to higher level noises due to machinery and equipment, exposure to dust, and the requirement to wear PPE, along with exposure to varying temperatures and potentially hazardous conditions.
Position requires regular presence on the manufacturing floor with frequent standing, walking, and interaction with production areas. Work includes periodic sitting for analysis and documentation, routine computer use, and occasional lifting, bending, or use of stairs.
