Job summary

Price Industries Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support our Water Coil manufacturing operations at the Progress plant in Lawrenceville, GA. The role focuses on improving manufacturing systems, processes, and material flow for hydronic heating and cooling coils.

The Industrial Engineer will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, and Purchasing to increase capacity, reduce costs, and support growth of the Water Coil product line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience (internships/co-ops included).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction within Water Coil manufacturing.
• Analyze production processes, labor requirements, cycle times, capacity, and material flow to identify improvements.
• Develop and optimize layouts, work cells, production flow, and operator workstations.
• Establish standard work, labor standards, work instructions, and production methods.
• Drive Lean initiatives (flow manufacturing, 5S, visual management, Kanban, waste reduction).
• Support automation, equipment upgrades, tooling improvements, and capital projects.
• Use data and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
