You will gather and analyze manufacturing data, develop standard work, and support capital improvements with payback calculations, collaborating with plant leadership and master schedulers to drive measurable gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Entry-level to three years of work experience; internship preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, justify, implement, and follow up on efficiency projects to reduce costs.
• Analyze manufacturing data to improve processes and equipment performance.
• Develop standard work procedures and maintain up-to-date documents and visuals.
• Support capital projects with cost estimates and payback analysis.
