Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience; internship/co‑op acceptable.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints.
• Experience with value stream mapping, cycle time reduction, and cost analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication; Excel and data-visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Familiarity with SIMUL8, FlexSim or similar simulation tools; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean and IE principles to improve product/information flow and reduce cost.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and standard work; drive continuous flow.
• Lead or support project teams to improve productivity and capacity across sites.
• Identify opportunities across processes and locations; develop project plans and timelines.
• Maintain current IE methods and apply tools to projects; document progress clearly.
• Coordinate team activities; coach peers and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work across manufacturing processes and functions to deliver results.
