FIXX Energy is an innovative battery manufacturer in Smyrna, TN seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, develop process improvements, and leverage data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in industrial engineering, strong knowledge of lean principles, and experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360, and plant simulation tools. Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM 360, and plant simulation software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize plant layout and material flow.
• Develop capacity plans and production schedules.
• Build and maintain simulation models for production.
