Adient US LLC in Georgetown, KY is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, facility planning, labor analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will develop efficient production processes, optimize plant layouts, support equipment installations and product launches, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance across the operation.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial or process engineering.
• Experience with plant layouts, workflow improvements, and labor standards.
• Proficiency in CAD for facility layout and design.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain plant layouts and manufacturing concepts.
• Audit labor standards and analyze labor utilization.
• Support capital projects through data analysis and ROI assessments.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and leadership teams.
• Support product launches and equipment installations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and cost.
