Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group seeks a seasoned Operational Excellence professional to lead Lean initiatives, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The role requires guiding cross-functional projects, mentoring staff, and delivering measurable savings in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will implement CI tools, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to sustain organizational transformation and performance

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, and Coaching methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to coach, mentor, and facilitate Operational Excellence systems and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and build Continuous Improvement capabilities.
• Experience planning, selecting, and executing improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced proficiency in CI tools and methodologies: Kaizen Blitz, Kanban, cellular manufacturing, VSM, 5S, standard work, pull systems, 3P, SMED, PDCA, DMAIC.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operating systems and financial concepts including P&L and savings validation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional results.
