Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering (or related field) from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years with a master’s degree OR equivalent experience.
• ABET accreditation preferred but not required in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Applies industrial engineering concepts to meet program requirements.
• Develops plant layouts, capacity plans, and workflow sequences.
• Evaluates new techniques for integration into production and service operations.
• Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system with design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
• Conducts workflow design and analysis to improve efficiency.
• Develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics for leaders and customers.
• Researches, designs, develops, and implements processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality.
