Job summary

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
Strong lean manufacturing knowledge including 5S, value stream mapping, and Kaizen concepts.
Experience in high-mix, low-volume, or complex production environments.
Experience laying out new facilities and optimizing production processes; proficient with data analytics and time studies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems and workflows.
Drive value stream efficiency, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization with Lean techniques.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new manufacturing processes and technologies.
