Job summary

ANA, Inc is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to design and improve layouts, workflows, and capacity models, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will lead shop-floor problem solving and continuous improvement, and prepare process changes for manufacturing while evaluating equipment and automation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 2–4 years of experience; proficiency in Excel, CAD, and ERP/MRP is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; 2–4 years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with industrial equipment, heavy machinery, compressors, or generators preferred.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, time studies, line balancing, standard work, Lean Manufacturing and rooted in structured problem solving.
• Proficient with Excel, CAD, and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve manufacturing layouts, workflows, capacity models, standard work and production processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Lead shop-floor problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare products and process changes for manufacturing; evaluate equipment and automation.
• Communicate performance and capacity needs to leadership.
