Job summary

ANA, headquartered in Henderson, NV, is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician to support process improvement, production efficiency, and operational performance on a fully onsite schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role reports to the Plant Manager and participates in time studies, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate will work with cross‑functional teams to develop SOPs, process maps, and documentation, while mentoring operators and contributing to 5S

Qualifications

• Time studies, workflow analysis, and data collection to support labor standards.
• Prepare KPI reports and dashboards for operational decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify process improvements.
• Collect and analyze production data; generate KPI reports for operations.
• Support engineers and leadership in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Train operators on new or revised manufacturing methods and ensure adherence on the floor.
