Hirenexus in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive manufacturing improvement across capacity, flow, and on‑time delivery. You will work with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and PM to analyze performance and implement floor‑level, data-based solutions.

The role emphasizes hands‑on floor work, time studies, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable results and sustain gains in a fast‑moving production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of industrial/ manufacturing engineering or CIM experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Experience with capacity planning, labor modeling, time studies, and line balancing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
• Ability to turn manufacturing data into practical recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize factory layouts, production cells, and workstations to improve throughput and safety.
• Improve material flow, WIP movement, replenishment, and presentation to cut delays.
• Lead capacity planning, labor modeling, and line balancing for forecast demand.
• Conduct time studies and set labor standards supporting standard work.
• Analyze WIP and sequence to improve flow and on-time delivery.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and 5S initiatives.
• Build and maintain KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Evaluate workstation design and ergonomics to improve safety and ease of work.
• Provide capacity, space, and utilization analyses for new product introductions and capital planning.
• Support production recovery and contingency planning.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for process improvements and investments.
• Communicate changes clearly to employees and leadership.
• Support compliance with AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements.
