Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead site-wide lean activities, optimize product flow, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions.

You will guide operators and technicians, develop their capabilities, and foster a culture of sustained performance improvement. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of IE experience and a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience applying LEAN principles and CI methodologies.
• Experience with industrial engineering data collection and practical problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster development of Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure on-time completion of improvement projects.
