Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/distribution experience.
• Experience driving capital projects to improve material handling and safety.
• Travel up to 75% within North America and some Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and leadership to drive significant improvement activities.
• Analyze processes, data and PFEP to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and train staff on Lean/Mafact methods.
• Define, manage and report on improvement initiatives across plants.
• Coach teams on MAFACT / World Class Manufacturing implementations.
