Job summary

Magna International is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Moore, SC to analyze inventory and optimize management strategies. You will lead continuous improvement using Lean methods, reduce waste, and improve visibility with SAP MM/EWM, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

You will conduct time studies, support automation initiatives, and drive cost-saving projects aligned with Industry 4.0 goals. A Master’s in SCM/Logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM/Logistics required.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP MM/EWM, BI tools, SQL, and AutoCAD.
• Lean, Kaizen, and time study experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize inventory management strategies to reduce excess stock and improve visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Perform time studies and workflow analyses to boost productivity and throughput.
• Implement and manage SAP WMS, Plan-For-Every Part, and data-driven process improvements.
