Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization from shop floor to management.
• Must be self-motivated and driven.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Direct/indirect labor activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, and workstation assignments.
• Perform time/motion studies and line balancing to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) domains as required.
