Job summary

Stellantis Warren plant seeks an Industrial Engineering Supervisor to lead the plant Industrial Engineers and partner with the IE Manager to drive productivity improvements.

You will develop staffing plans, coordinate with production management and union leadership, and support labor budgets with corporate IE teams. The role also contributes to SIS initiatives and participates in new program design reviews to optimize plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology is required.
• Experience with time and motion studies and standardized work is needed.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems and lean manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clear directions.
• Experience with data collection, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn new methods for stamping environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant Industrial Engineers and collaborate with the IE Manager.
• Develop hourly and salary staffing plans in coordination with management.
• Lead actions to achieve productivity objectives and support union discussions.
• Assist in planning manpower according to production schedules and budgets.
• Support SIS and new program design reviews at the plant.
