Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Industrial Engineering background preferred.
• 0+ years of experience; internship or project management experience preferred.
• Software: Excel, MiniTab, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CAD (NX or SolidWorks), SAP/MES, TeamCenter, and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing systems and processes to drive data-based decision making.
• Utilize cross-functional resources for improvement efforts.
• Use of 1+ software environments for data analytics such as performance stability, confidence interval determination, outcome prediction, sample size determination.
• Gather data manually or via measurement systems or SAP.
• Use lean principles to identify and eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Develop projects including measurement system needs, resources, and outcomes.
• Implement strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate workstations and layouts for ergonomics and efficiency.
• Recommend material storage and presentation methods to the line.
