Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Effective presenter with ability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with changing priorities.
• Experience leading significant process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to analyze production flow and identify improvements.
• Provide timely metrics to VSM and Director to drive decisions.
• Identify production flow issues from work sequencing and line balancing.
• Develop and deliver KPI reports such as Efficiency, OEE, and overtime.
• Apply standard hours using models to ensure accurate time standards.
• Support capacity planning and headcount modeling for new programs.
• Utilize SAP, AutoCAD, CATIA and simulation tools for capacity and layout optimization.
• Lead Lean/CI initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste.
