Textron is seeking an Entry Level Industrial Engineer in Wichita. The role blends data analysis with strategic process improvements to create customer value through cost reduction and product enhancements.

You will contribute to Lean initiatives and use SAP, CAD tools, and MS Office in daily tasks. As a developing engineer, you’ll receive mentorship, engage with multiple functions, and gain hands-on experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-disciplined environment with high attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and practical problem-solving experience with Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production flow improvements and line balancing.
• Create and automate KPIs (Efficiency, DCI, Overtime).
• Apply standard hours using models to produce new parts/assemblies.
• Develop learning curves and projections for new programs.
