Job summary

You will develop and automate KPIs, support capacity planning, and apply lean methodologies to optimize workflows, balancing manpower, tooling, and scheduling to meet production goals. The position requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily metrics and reports to VSM and Director.
• Identify production flow issues from work sequencing and line balancing.
• Develop KPIs such as Efficiency, DCI, and Overtime.
• Apply standard hours using models to ensure time standards.
• Develop learning curves and project performance analyses.
• Support capacity planning and headcount modeling.
