Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate reducing floor screws from three per board to two per board to quantify material cost savings and cycle time.
• Develop a concept for suspended drop-down bars at nose install for rivet setting and quantify labor savings and ergonomic benefits.
• Improve and maintain manufacturing documentation within ProPlanner, including SWI development/completion and process documentation for product changes.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate reducing floor screws from three per board to two per board to quantify both material cost savings and cycle time improvements.
• Develop a concept for suspended drop-down bars at nose install for rivet setting and quantify the associated labor savings and ergonomic benefits.
• Improve and maintain manufacturing documentation within ProPlanner, including Standard Work Instruction (SWI) development/completion, labor standard updates, and process documentation for product changes.
• Other duties as assigned
