Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and drive to complete tasks are expected.

Responsibilities

• Build plans, production tooling, and manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.
• Redesign tooling to improve operators’ work environments.
• Analyze layouts and production processes to improve facility layouts for product flow.
• Create reference documents and standardized work for new or improved processes.
• Analyze quality concerns, make recommendations for improvements, and implement ideas.
• Explore new equipment and software to reduce scrap and downtime and recommend changes.
• Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including PPM, line disruptions, and NCMT tickets.
• Develop standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Evaluate production processes to increase productivity and improve products.
• Coordinate material and tooling availability with stakeholders.
