Nautique Boat Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering intern to support the Industrial Engineering team in improving production efficiency, quality, and waste reduction across boat manufacturing. You will research, design, and develop processes, layouts, and equipment, and participate in cross-functional projects that advance continuous improvement.
You should be a hands-on, organized self-starter with strong Excel skills, solid problem analysis, and good communication.

They will develop creative solutions to support boat production.
