AV is seeking an Industrial Engineer III in Petaluma, California, responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, 5-8 years of experience, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Successful candidates will lead continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams, utilizing simulation software and data analysis tools.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
