Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, related degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or operations with line transformation or production scaling.
- Experience in aerospace, oil & gas, chemical processing, or pharmaceutical preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize production processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and validate factory and line simulation models to inform layout, capacity planning, and investment decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement change and drive standard work, ergonomics, and process improvements.
