Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Economics).
• 1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and/or production.
• Ability to work in a contract, Everett, WA environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future business environment to optimize resources.
• Develop labor hour estimates for production and tooling work packages.
• Contribute to shop operating plans to maximize efficiency and meet schedules.
• Support Lean initiatives and root-cause analysis to improve quality and flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and program management.
• Assist in updating plans and communicate impacts to schedules and milestones.
