• Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and attaining results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing projects and Kaizen events.
• Develop value stream maps to identify improvement areas.
• Drive cost reductions and quality improvements across operations.
• Coach cross-functional teams and sustain shopfloor management.
• Develop and maintain standard work and line balancing documentation.
• Track progress with KPIs and support cost deployment strategies.
